ABGIS act on behalf of our clients advising on insurance strategy from broker appointments, through to claims analysis.
Our principal business is advising clients on alternate insurance strategies, often involving the formation and utilisation of Captive and Protected Cell Captive insurance companies. These facilities have saved our clients a large % of the regular insurance outgo without affecting the levels of cover or exposing the clients to unnecessary risk.
ABGIS has extensive experience in setting up such captive insurance arrangements and work with management companies in various jurisdictions throughout the globe as required by the clients needs.
