Paul Morris
Paul joined ABG in November 1997 having previously worked at firms in West Sussex and Guernsey. Paul joined originally as an Audit Senior, and progressed through to being made a Partner in July 2001.
Paul acts for a wide range of businesses covering many sectors and activities, including many start ups and growing companies. In addition, he works for many individuals in respect of their personal affairs.
Paul works on many of the firm’s Corporate Finance exercises including M&A, due diligence and re/financing assignments including preparation of business plans/forecasts.
