Len qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 21 in 1967 and became an FCA 5 years later. He joined ABG in September 1967 as his first post qualification job and has remained here as a Senior, then Manager, then as a Partner, rising to Senior Partner before becoming a Consultant, upon reaching age 60, and has continued in that capacity ever since, reducing his time involvement gradually in recent years.

Len's varied client portfolio has been taken over by the other Partners with whom Len works in his consultant capacity sharing his detailed knowledge of their affairs.

Len married Clementine in 1974 and they have three sons and 9 grandchildren living in England and Israel. Len spends part of his time in Israel visiting his family there 3 or 4 times a year and apart from working in his consultancy capacity spends time on his interests of football, cricket and most sports.
