2021 ICAEW Diversity Report

It is a regulatory requirement for all probate firms to undertake diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the results.
In our most recent ICAEW Diversity Report which was completed by 80% of our team, 63% of those responding were male and 36% female.
The data can be broken down into the following age profiles:
Age 16 – 24 – 14%, Age 25 – 34 – 27%, Age 35 – 44 – 21%, Age 45 – 54 – 18%, Age 55 – 64 – 12%, Age 65+ – 8%
When referring to disabilities as defined by the Equalities Act, 91% of those responding considered that they did not have a disability as set out in the Equalities Act, 6% of our team considered themselves to have a disability as defined by the Act and 3% declined to answer the question.
