If you would prefer to process your renewal/take out cover for the first time “offline” you can do so by completing and returning your personal reply slip to us using the prepaid envelope provided, together with details of your BACS payment or cheque. (Please note that we are unable to take card payments when processing policies manually and policy documents for manually processed policies will be issued approximately 6 weeks after the 1 October policy start date).
