Important Communication – Covid-19 (updated 24 March)

by | Mar 18, 2020

Following the World Health Organisation’s classification of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to Pandemic, we have undertaken a review of our business in order to ensure that we are taking all appropriate steps and precautions to look after our employees and clients, whilst at the same time minimising any potential disruption to the service we provide to you.

Our clients’ and employees’ wellbeing is and will remain our prime concern during this outbreak.

We have been issuing regular guidance and advice to our employees to provide awareness and support during this situation and we are constantly reviewing the situation to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions whilst still able to continue to deliver the highest level of client service.

Following Boris Johnson’s announcement on 23 March our offices in City Road are now closed.

All meetings will be arranged via telephone or video conferencing whilst our offices remain closed.

Remote working

As the outbreak has now resulted in a total office closure we are now operating under our business continuity plan.  We are now operating a total remote working policy.

We wish to reassure you that all of our team can work remotely and have equipment provided by the firm which allows them to securely access our network, deal with your matter and communicate with you even when they are away from the office.
Please stay in touch
